Scott McLean

Scott McLean is a dedicated advocate for veterans' well-being, drawing on his own experiences and challenges as a 10-year veteran of the United States Air Force. His post Air Force journey took a turn when he sought help through the V.A. and was diagnosed with PTSD, marking a pivotal moment in his life. Thru the V.A. Scott found support through the HERD Foundation, a nonprofit based in Delray Beach, Florida that offers Equine Assisted Services for veterans. Being involved in HERD opened his eyes to the multitude of nonprofit organizations dedicated to assisting veterans.

Scott has decided to embarked on a mission to amplify the voices of these organizations and inform veterans of the support available to them.  Scott aims to raise awareness about the existence and importance of these nonprofits. Additionally, he seeks to foster collaboration and networking among these organizations, envisioning a united front in serving veterans' needs.
